Answer: We’d like to recommend to use Airtel/Vodafone & Jio “Nano size” SIM card (depending best local coverage). Ensure that the SIM has data pack enabled.
Q-2. My watch not showing accurate location, what can I do ?
Answer: Accurate location is shown when child is outdoor (under clear sky).
Q-3. Which type SIM card needed to activate the watch ?
Answer: Watch requires a Nano Size SIM Card; but you have to insert SIM card with SIM card tray which is given in the package box.
