3.14 Friday Faves – The Fitnessista

Hi friends! Happy Friday! What’s going on this weekend? It’s been a rough few weeks around here. Everyone is healthy (thank goodness) but we’re going through a bit of a rough patch. I can probably share more when we’re on the other side, but we’re *in it* right now.

Something that has brought me joy: all of the amazing strategy calls I’ve had this week. It’s been so amazing to connect with so many of you, and create action plans to help you feel your absolute best. You can read more about Healing Code here.

Fresh nails with Liv 🙂

In the spirit of looking at the bright side of things, it’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party. This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love to hear about your faves, too, so please shout out something you’re loving in the commens section below.

3.14 Friday Faves

Fashion + beauty + random:

February reader faves! It’s always fun to go through analytics and see which products you enjoyed the most that I’ve shared here on the blog.

Here are the bestsellers from last month:

Souper cubes. I love using these to freeze leftovers and it’s also how I freeze Maisey’s homemade dog food.

The Lotus Shoes. If you love historical fiction, I highly recommend this one.

My go-to weighted vest.

The best alarm clock + sound machine.

This super cute puff-sleeve dress.

This summer lounge set.

This Zimmermann-esque dress.

This shoe protection spray. This is a hit every month because it works SO well. I use it for all of our sneakers and it helps the kids’ shoes last a bit longer.

The best red light face mask (code is FITNESSISTA15)

The best eyeshadow primer.

These flattering and inexpensive jeans.

The best magnesium oil.

This pour-over coffee maker. I use this for my Danger Coffee every morning 🙂

Canopy humidifiers. These are the absolute best, and especially helpful during this dry season. My code is FITNESSISTA.

A new find: this Amazon tennis bracelet. This was recommended in a Facebook group and since it was only $20, I decided to give it a try. It’s SO GOOD. The quality is amazing, it’s super sparkly, and the clasp is sturdy.

A day pass at the L Offices here in Tucson. This is a coworking spot and they have multiple desks available, it’s so quiet, and they also have a full gym, golf simulator, and podcast studio. I needed to get out of the house for a stacked day of calls, and it was perfection. SO quiet and I was more productive than I’ve been in a long time. I’m definitely going to make it a regular thing.

Obsessed with this Farm Rio set.

Current favorite lipstick that was borrowed aka stolen by Liv so I think I need a new one 😉 (Color: posey)

Fitness, health, and good eats:

The Lumebox arrived and I’m already obsessed with it. It’s such a mood boost in the morning. I’ll meditate on the PEMF mat with my red light and it’s the perfect way to start the day.

I’ve been teaching more barre classes and my hips were aching. I used the red light on my hips and they were totally fine the next day. You can check it out here and use the code FITNESSISTA – this link will add my code for $260 off. I’ll have a blog post review up in the next couple of weeks!

If you haven’t tried these, I highly recommend them for a lil sweet bite.

Making this pasta salad over the weekend.

Thank you so much for stopping by the blog today! Have an amazing weekend and I’ll see ya soon!

xoxo
